Made entirely from American and Italian leather and stitched completely by hand, it adjusts from 32 to 58 inches, from a neck carry all the way to crossbody. It is the only leather strap of its kind that adjusts this way.
The leather doubles back on itself to form a built-in neck pad, and there is no metal or plastic hardware in the strap. We carried the prototype daily on a Leica M11 Monochrom for months before releasing it. Solid leather that ages beautifully, with full adjustability. This is not leather meant to stay factory new. As it is handled, bent, carried, rubbed against clothing and touched by the oils of your hands, it softens, shifts in tone and picks up the marks of everyday use. Those marks are not damage. They are how genuine leather evolves with its owner, so the strap feels more broken in and more personal over time, rather than simply looking old.

- Body. Tuscany Italian leather.
- Ends. American full grain leather.
- Length. Adjustable, 32 to 58 inches, 81 to 147 cm, from neck carry to crossbody.
- Stitching. Entirely by hand.
- Neck pad. Built in: the leather doubles back on itself.
- Hardware. None in the strap itself. On the split ring options, the rings are the only metal against your camera.
- Weight. 74 g, 2.6 oz.
- Colour. Black with Red Accent, or Stealth.
- Attachment. Polished split ring, quick release, Hassy clip, multi attachment system, or split ring for small lugs.

- Two leathers, on purpose. Each one is used where its strengths matter most.
- American full grain, at the ends. The ends carry the load and take the wear, so they are cut from full grain for toughness and durability.
- Tuscany Italian, through the body. Soft and flexible where the strap sits against you and wraps around your hand.
- Built-in neck pad. The leather doubles back on itself where the strap crosses your neck, so the padding is the strap itself.
- Hand stitched. Every seam is stitched by hand.
- Leather that ages beautifully. Both leathers soften and change tone with use. Give it time and the strap becomes yours alone.
- Tempered steel rings. Polished stainless steel and blackout steel, included with the split ring and multi attachment options.

- Polished Split Ring. 2 polished stainless steel rings, 2 blackout steel rings, 2 full grain leather lug covers and 1 split ring pry tool.
- Split Ring for Small Lug. The same set, with rings sized for small lugs.
- Quick Release Attachment. 2 quick release anchors in their original sealed box, for fast swaps. Simple installation needed.
- Hassy Clip. 2 custom clips made for Hasselblad cameras, a precision fit without split rings.
- Multi Attachment System. 2 quick release anchors, 2 leather split ring anchors that convert square lugs to split rings, 2 polished and 2 blackout steel rings, 2 full grain leather lug covers and 1 pry tool.
- Any camera with strap lugs. Leica, Fuji, Sony, Hasselblad, Nikon and Canon mirrorless bodies.
- Which split ring. Lug inner diameter decides it: regular lugs are about 3 mm, smaller lugs about 2.5 mm. Standard split rings are too thick for the smaller ones.
- Not sure? Choose the small lug option if your camera's lugs are thin or the standard ring will not pass through them.
- Hasselblad. The Hassy clip fits Hasselblad bodies directly, with no split rings.
- Several cameras. The multi attachment system covers split ring lugs, square lugs and quick release in one box.
- Cleaning. Wipe the leather with a dry cloth.
- Wet weather. If it takes on water, let it dry away from direct heat rather than near it, because heat is what hardens a hide.
- Check the ends. Look over the stitching where the strap meets the rings when you clean it. That is where the load sits.
- How is this different from the regular Trailflex?The regular Trailflex has a flat rope body. This one is all leather: Tuscany Italian through the body, American full grain at the ends. Same adjustable range, 32 to 58 inches.
- Which split ring do I need?Lug inner diameter decides it: regular lugs are about 3 mm, smaller lugs about 2.5 mm. Standard split rings are too thick for the smaller ones.
- Can I use it with a quick release?Yes. Choose the Quick Release Attachment, or the Multi Attachment System if you also want split rings and square lug anchors in the box.
- Was it tested?We carried the prototype every day for months on a Leica M11 Monochrom before releasing it.
- Will it show scratches and wear?Yes, and that is the point. Scratches, tonal changes and softening are how the leather develops its patina. It is built to age beautifully, not to wear out.
