1. Content Creator / Social Media Specialist

Full-Time Content Creator Photography & Manufacturing Industry.

📍 Location: Miami, Florida (No remote work, relocation welcome).

Are you a content beast who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook? Do you have a sharp eye, fast hands, and the creativity to turn gear, machines, and behind the scenes moments into scroll stopping content?

This is not a freelance gig. This is a full-time opportunity to grow inside a rising brand and eventually lead a full social media team.

We are Owlkrown, a Miami-based photography equipment brand and CNC contract manufacturer. We’re looking for a talented content creator who’s not only obsessed with storytelling but can also shoot, edit, and deploy daily content across all major platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating, filming, and editing daily content (Reels, TikTok, Stories, Posts, Shorts).
• Producing full YouTube episodes for the Gaston Shutters YouTube channel featuring gear reviews, photography tips, and product highlights.
• Capturing behind the scenes footage at our shop and during product development.
• Traveling with the team to cover trade shows, product launches, and collaborations with other creators.
• Pushing new creative ideas, staying ahead of trends, and keeping our brand loud and relevant.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven content creator with a killer portfolio of work.
• Deep understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
• Comfortable in front of and behind the camera.
• Strong editing skills with a sense of rhythm, mood, and storytelling.

• Willing to work on site in Miami and travel as needed.

2. Lead Leather and Canvas Goods Production

FULL TIME • DORAL

📍 Location: Miami, Florida (No remote work).

OwlKrown is expanding into handcrafted carry gear, bags, straps, belts, and more, and we’re looking for a skilled maker with real world experience in leather and canvas production. This person will not only build and design products but also help us scale by creating the systems and procedures that support consistent, high quality manufacturing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in leather or canvas goods production.
• Deep knowledge of industrial sewing, finishing, and material behavior.
• Strong background in process design, scaling, and assembly line work.
• Ability to think like a builder, designer, and operations lead all in one.
• Detail focused, organized, and solution driven.
• Bonus: experience crafting carry gear for tech, tools, or cameras.

3. CNC Machine Operator

📍 Location: Miami, Florida (No remote work).

We’re looking for a motivated, detail oriented person to join our team as a CNC Machine Operator.  Experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company. We provide training and support to help you develop your skills and build a rewarding career together. High school diploma or GED, Willingness to learn and work with machinery, strong attention to detail dependable and punctual.
