Warranty Coverage

All Owlkrown camera straps and photography accessories are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the item with the same product or one of equivalent value, at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Water damage, mold, or excessive moisture exposure
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or intentional damage
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Cosmetic changes (scratches, fading, patina) that do not affect function
• Damage caused by modifications or repairs not authorized by Owlkrown
• Loss or theft of the product
• Claims deemed fraudulent or excessive (e.g. repeated claims without valid reason)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1 - Contact Us at support@Owlkrown.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photos showing the defect
• A brief description of the issue

2 - We’ll review your claim and let you know if further inspection is needed.

3 - If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement product, or one of equivalent value if your model is unavailable.

Important Notes

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items if inspection is required.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Owlkrown reserves the right to deny claims in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the warranty policy.
