Return and Exchange Policy

We take a lot of pride in making each Owlkrown piece to order. Because every product is crafted just for you, our return policy is a bit more personal too.

    1.    Handcrafted Guarantee: We guarantee our products will arrive free from any defects. If your item shows up with any damage from shipping or a real defect in craftsmanship, we’ll fix it or exchange it. No sweat.

    2.    No Full Refunds: Since each piece is made to order, we don’t do full refunds. We’re not holding inventory; we’re literally making your gear just for you.

    3.    Store Credit for Unopened Returns: If you decide you need to return something that’s totally unused and still in the original condition, we can offer store credit after we check it out. You’ll cover the shipping unless there’s a genuine issue with the product.

    4.    Customer Covers Shipping: For any return that isn’t due to a defect, shipping is on you. If it turns out we did slip up and the product is faulty, we’ll handle the shipping costs for the return or replacement.
