Thank you so much for your order! Most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. If your item is made to order or customized, it may require a little extra time to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the discount is automatically applied at checkout. In many cases, the additional amount customers see is actually VAT, duties, or import taxes required by their country's customs regulations, not a shipping charge.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. We do our very best to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible. If you need it sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout, or you can contact us directly for assistance.
Not necessarily. During overseas transit, tracking updates can sometimes be limited or delayed. Even if the tracking appears unchanged, your package is often still moving through the shipping network. If you receive a delay notification or have concerns about your shipment, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
