What This Product Does
Designed as a continuation of the Q: Not an add-on. This grip follows the Leica Q design language, preserving the camera’s original character while extending its functionality.
Built-in AirTag traceability: A removable module allows you to conceal an AirTag beneath the SD card door. When installed, photos can still be transferred directly through the camera’s fast USB-C port, faster than most card readers. The AirTag compartment is fully removable, so you can return to a clean SD door whenever you want.
Arca-Swiss profile: Integrated Arca-Swiss compatibility for direct tripod mounting, while adding support to prevent the camera from tipping forward.
Removable grip system: One screw removal. Swap grips easily and customize your setup with upcoming interchangeable grip designs.
Third strap attachment point: Additional lug for Peak Design anchors, wrist straps, or flat webbing straps, ideal for portrait-mode carry.
Dual 1/4” mounting points: Two 1/4” threaded mounts on the base for direct compatibility with tripods and accessories.
Light, minimalist, ergonomic profile: Designed with the same visual and ergonomic language as the Q for seamless everyday carry.
Custom installation keychain tool: Supplied flat tool designed by Gaston Shutters. Features a 4mm hex and doubles as a box opener, always with you.
Internal padding and protection: The camera rests on a silicone mat to prevent scratches and improve stability.
